Kevin founded GoalFinn after more than 25 years of enterprise technology leadership across financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing and software. He has built and scaled teams, designed enterprise architectures and mentored dozens of technology leaders.
He spent those years watching large technology programs start with the software and hope for business results. GoalFinn does the opposite: start with the outcome, fit the systems to the people doing the work, and build every piece so the next one comes easier.
